With more than 20 years of operational, technical and sales expertise in the application services and healthcare industries, Brian Campbell is the proven leader and experienced problem solver essential for today’s technology-driven companies. Mr. Campbell’s most recent endeavors resulted in the latest and ongoing growth of MHS as well as its further expansion into a multi-national with the establishment of an India based subsidiary. Under Mr. Campbell’s leadership, MHS achieved significant operational savings and efficiencies while solidifying its current technology strategy.

Prior to joining MHS, Mr. Campbell was Vice President of IntellaKey, an ASP-based marketing automation software company. There, he led multidisciplinary teams that included Client Operations, Sales, Data Services, and Product Development.

He holds degrees in chemistry and biology from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Ledwick brings three decades of experience as a finance officer, including CFO roles in both public and private companies. His specialized skills span the capital markets, IPO activities, spinoffs & mergers and acquisitions in both domestic and international markets. Mr. Ledwick has broad experience in meeting complex regulatory requirements and implementing fiscal controls as part of senior management with companies such as Dictaphone Corp., a $250 million healthcare software and call recording technology company, Cityscape Financial Corp. and the GTE Corp.

A certified public accountant, he holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Fairfield University and an undergraduate degree from George Washington University.

Sabina Chadha has over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience.

Prior to joining MHS, Sabina headed up Imprivata’s strategic secure communications and authentication partner team. Before Imprivata, Sabina was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Haldor, where she successfully led the commercialization of the company’s innovative operating room workflow optimization solution.

Previous to joining Haldor, Sabina was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at WaveMark, where she built and managed an operational team including worldwide sales and marketing, sales operations, strategic alliances, channel partnerships, business development and pre-sales. Before her role at WaveMark, Sabina was Vice President of the Healthcare Sector at AeroScout where she created and built the Healthcare Division and led the company to significant multi-year revenue growth. In addition, Sabina held a general management position within Hewlett Packard’s Worldwide eCommerce Division. Prior to HP, Sabina was Director of North American Sales at Bolt Beranek and Newman Software.

Sabina holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Cornell University.

Mr. Bala has helped develop MHS’ Supply Chain Automation platform with substantial improvement to business solution offering of MHS.

He was one of the Principals of AtPar, Inc., which MHS acquired in 2010, and has been instrumental in building AtPar’s product portfolio. He has extensive subject matter expertise working with some of the leading Healthcare Information Systems and ERP /Materials Management Systems like PeopleSoft, Lawson, Oracle, McKesson Pathways Materials Management, and Meditech. He also has extensive subject matter expertise in some of the leading and upcoming mobile technologies, standards like HL7, GS1, HBICC, and UDI, and HIPAA Regulations, e-Pedigree requirements, etc.

He holds a degree in Engineering and a Diploma in Database Technologies.

Lori L. Stitt currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Physical Inventory Unit. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of the physical inventory division of MHS, including inside sales, field operations, production and quality assurance. Prior to joining MHS in 2010, Ms. Stitt held numerous executive positions in the healthcare setting including Vice President of Professional and Contract Services at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin IN, and Chief Administrative Officer at The Heart Center of Indiana in Indianapolis, IN.

She has also worked in the healthcare real estate industry as Vice President of Leasing for Bremnerduke Healthcare Real Estate in both the Indiana and Florida markets. She is a licensed real estate sales professional in the State of Florida.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis.

Alan Anderson is a supply chain management professional and has been applying management and process improvement skills in the healthcare industry since 1981. His healthcare career began in operations management and progressed to Executive Vice President for a leading medical-surgical distributor, and subsequently to the position of Vice President of Resource & Logistics Management for a leading managed services organization. Anderson established one of the first advanced distribution services operations in the healthcare industry.

He is very involved with supply chain management initiatives, such as supplier certification for healthcare suppliers and activity-based cost management which has resulted in logistics process improvement that generated substantial operating cost reductions. In addition, he has significant interaction with C-level healthcare provider executives.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan.

As one of the Principals of AtPar, Inc., he was central to the development of the AtPar product portfolio. He has comprehensive knowledge in integrating with some of the leading Healthcare Information Systems and ERP /Materials Management Systems. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering.
