MHS Launches Advanced Issue-Tracking System
Upgrade to customer service provides speed, visibility and accountability

( FAIRFIELD, CT)Management Health Solutions ("MHS"), a leading, independent provider of supply chain optimization solutions for hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide, announced today the launch of a new state-of-the-art Web-based help desk support and issue-tracking tool. The new system gives MHS hospital customers faster issue resolution, rapid feedback and greatly enhanced visibility into the issue resolution mechanism. The system is available immediately to MHS software customers who utilize Mobile Supply Chain Software from MHS and will be released at a later date to MHS customers who utilize warehouse, inventory and data management tools.

When a customer enters the new system by emailing a customer support issue to MHS an issue number is instantly created and the customer immediately receives an email message confirming the claim and naming the tech support person assigned to handle the case. Subsequent steps such as change in status, change in tech support person, questions and issue resolution trigger ensuing emails.

Prior to the installation of the new system, MHS utilized older tech support software that lacked a formal tracking process. Now, existing and future customers will enjoy the highest quality customer service through an MHS investment in customer support that puts it squarely on the leading edge of tech support.
